About the event
Join me for a hands-on sourdough class rooted in good food and a love of growing things. In this class you'll learn the basics of sourdough and begin your very first loaf -ready to take home and bake fresh on Sunday morning.
We will work together step by step as I guide you through mixing, shaping, and understanding the sourdough process. You'll also go home with a quart jar of my well-loved starter, Stella, (yes, she has a name!), along with simple, approachable instructions for keeping your starter healthy and bubbly.
